Join us for a Full Moon flow, incorporating the specific qualities of each month's moon! Full Moon's are a great time for releasing, clearing, and letting go of what is no longer serving you or allowing you to move forward. Energy is at it's peak and the intentions and goals you set during the New Moon are ready to be manifested! We have gratitude for ourselves and the universe and celebrate it with joy and maybe a little howling at the moon!
