A Chakradance™ Kids Workshop for 3–5 Year Olds
Theme: The Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana)
Join us under the sea for a magical movement adventure with Lily the Mermaid, as we explore the power of feelings, flow and creative expression in this once-off Chakradance™ Kids workshop, designed especially for 3–5 year olds.
🧜♀️ Lily’s Story:
Lily loves playing in the shimmering Moon Pearl — her favourite place in the ocean! But when it’s time to go in for dinner, Lily has a BIG feeling… and an even bigger wave sweeps her far from home. Lost at sea and stuck in her tail, Lily learns how strong emotions can affect our bodies — and how her breath, her voice, and her dolphin friend can help her find her flow again.
✨ In this workshop, children will:
🌊 Move like water — learning to release tension and find fluidity in their bodies
🎨 Express their feelings through dance, story, mandala-art and breath
😌 Learn how to “ride the waves” of big emotions
🧡 Strengthen their sense of emotional safety, empathy and creativity
💧 This session supports balance in the Sacral Chakra, which helps children:
• Go with the flow
• Find joy in play
• Express emotions in healthy ways
• Develop creativity and connection
• Feel at home in their bodies
