🌞 Sunrise Lotus – Wellbeing for Kids Movement, Mindfulness & Magic for Emotional Growth I’m Mali Barrie, founder of Sunrise Lotus, a heart-centered wellbeing initiative dedicated to supporting children’s emotional development through creative, holistic experiences. With over 20 years’ experience as a Primary School teacher specialising in Creative Arts and Drama, and as a certified Chakradance Kids Facilitator, I bring together education, movement, and energy healing to nurture the whole child. At Sunrise Lotus, I offer: Chakradance Kids classes (my main offering at the moment), including themed one-off workshops and 9-week wellbeing courses Mini-retreats during school holidays School and preschool programs Chakradance-inspired birthday parties Each session blends music, movement, storytelling, mindfulness, and art to help children process emotions, build confidence, and connect with their inner world. All programs are designed to support the social and emotional learning outcomes of the PD/H/PE curriculum. My mission is to create safe, empowering spaces where children can grow emotionally, spiritually and creatively — helping them feel balanced, confident, and deeply connected in today’s fast-paced world.
