Saturday 25 October: 7:15pm - 8:30pm: Elemental Bodywork: Healing Through Touch & the Five Elements. Discover how the five elements of Ayurveda can guide touch, non-verbal connection, and healing presence—helping you offer more personalised and deeply balanced bodywork sessions.
Sunday 26 October:
2-3:30pm: ThaiVedic Bodywork for Vata: Learn how Vata accumulates in the body and nervous system, leading to tension, dryness, and instability. Discover hands-on techniques to ground the wind element, supporting healthy function in the colon, joints, and circulation.
7:15pm - 8:30pm: ThaiVedic Bodywork for Back Pain: Learn to give and receive a fully clothed mini sequence of Thai Massage. Open the channels of the spine using acupressure, osteopathy and Thai Traditional Medicine while experiencing bodywork as a moving meditation.
Monday 27 October:
2-3pm: Feeling the Doshas: Vata, Pitta & Kapha in Bodywork. Learn how the Ayurvedic doshas reveal themselves through posture, tissue quality, and energy flow—and how bodywork can restore harmony to each unique type.
7:15pm - 8:30pm: ThaiVedic Bodywork for Pitta: Learn how pitta builds up in the body and bloodstream, contributing to discomfort and disease. Discover hands-on techniques to disperse excess heat, supporting healthy transformation in the liver, spleen, and small intestine.
Tuesday 28 October:
2-3pm: The Six Stages of Disease: Reading the Body’s Early Signs. Discover Ayurveda’s map of imbalance, where the body speaks through subtle symptoms and qualities, and learn how these signs guide treatment long before deeper disease takes hold.
4:15pm - 5:45pm: ThaiVedic Yoga for Vata: Guided yoga class using mantra, meditation and movement practices designed for burnout, exhaustion, sleep imbalances, and the elderly. Feel a sense of safety, stability and love that calms your whole being.
Wednesday 29 October:
2-3pm: Ayurvedic Nutrition and the 6 Medicinal Tastes: Dive into Ayurveda’s six key tastes and how they influence your body and mind. Experience the flavours of life directly and how to turn on your sensory laboratory. Learn how balancing these tastes can support digestion, immunity, and overall vitality.
7:15pm - 8:30pm: ThaiVedic Bodywork for Kapha. Learn how Kapha’s heaviness and stagnation can build in the body, and discover hands-on techniques to awaken flow in the lymphatic system—restoring lightness, vitality, and clarity.
Thursday 30 October:
10:30am - 12pm: ThaiVedic Bodywork for Neck & Shoulder Pain. Learn to release the common tension of the neck and shoulders with ThaiVedic techniques that combine acupressure, assisted stretches, and mindful touch—opening pathways of energy flow and restoring ease to one of the body’s most burdened areas.
