Pre Natal Yoga Workshop with Medine

Pregnant mamas, this workshop is a gentle invitation to slow down and connect with your body and your baby.

Held in our warm and supportive studio space, this gathering is lovingly designed for expectant mothers. Our prenatal yoga practice is soft, conscious, and deeply nourishing. It offers you the chance to honor your changing body, bond with your growing child, and attune to the sacred journey of birth.

Together we will share:

Gentle movement and guided conversations to awaken yoga’s birthing wisdom
A mama’s circle of sharing and support
Connection, joy, and laughter

This practice draws on ancient feminine wisdom, handed down through generations of women to guide and support the transition into motherhood. A protected and nourishing space, where you are held, informed, and celebrated.
