Essential oils workshop with Courtney

Join Courtney for a nourishing and practical workshop all about using essential oils for emotional and physical wellbeing.

In this class, you’ll discover how essential oils can support your daily life, from calming your emotions to boosting your immune system. By the end, you’ll walk away with a treasure chest of practical tips, easy recipes, and the confidence to use essential oils for yourself and your loved ones.

Here’s what to expect:
🌸We’ll begin by laying a foundation. What essential oils are and how they support both body and emotions.
🌸You’ll then be invited to connect with the oils through the senses, discovering their beauty and frequency through feel, scent and taste.
🌸Create your own Frankincense roller to take home, a simple yet sacred tool to support your daily rituals and wellness.

This gathering is designed to nourish, inspire, and help you feel confident in using essential oils.

Cost: $40 or $30 for those participating in the spring challenge.
