The Climb is the world's largest event raising funds and awareness for the mental health of new families, and is operated by Postpartum Support International (PSI). At PSI, we provide direct peer support to families, train professionals, and provide a bridge to connect them. Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders are the most common complications of pregnancy and childbirth, affecting 1 in 7 mothers and 1 in 10 fathers.
The Climb is a FREE event that brings communities together to shine a light on a darkness we often don't speak about. We share stories of hope and celebrate recovery as we gather together to raise awareness, give a voice to those who no longer have one, and walk together to symbolize our recovery. Climb events are part community connection / part fundraiser for survivors, providers, and members of the community to give and receive much-needed support.
Team Salt Lake City's Climb on June 28th at Wheeler Historic Farm is a celebration of survivors and families. We will have swag bags, resource booths, kid's activities, characters (superheroes/princesses), food trucks, a silent auction, and much more! Plus, you can check out all Wheeler Farm has to offer on the same trip!
This is a FREE event! Pre-registration encouraged by clicking "Join Team" and creating a profile and fundraising goal, though no fundraising is required to attend!
