BJJ 101

This 4 week course is specifically designed to introduce newcomers to the sport of BJJ in a non-competitive environment. Our instructors will guide you every step of the way from functional movement based warm-ups to executing effective submissions. With attention to details we'll help you understand the whys and hows that often seem like a mystery to those just starting out.

Ages 7+ welcome and families are encouraged to attend together! Start your new year off with a new skill.
*Jan 3, 10, 17, and 24.
Classes begin promptly at 10am and will be done by Noon. Each week of instruction builds upon the previous weeks.
