- **Event Description**: Ladies 7+, weather your curious about the sport of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu OR just want to have some self-defense skills, this 4 week course is for YOU.  Learn the foundational basics of BJJ and how they apply in self-defense settings from a female instructor in a female dominated environment.  With detailed instruction and repetition we'll help you start with functional movements for warm up and have you executing effective submissions and take-downs by the end of the 4th class.  

*Jan 3, 10, 17, and 24.
Classes begin promptly at 5pm and will conclude by 7pm. 
Cost is $50 per person and is due before the first session. 

NOTE: there will be one male present at the courses so that the instructor can demonstrate the techniques and participates that are comfortable with it have the opportunity to practice these selfe defense techniques with a man. No participant will be made to work with the male present.
