Join us on Saturday, April 26th at 10am at CoreLife Murfreesboro for Barre & Bowl. This is a free community barre class with Murfreesboro's Barre 11. The class will be outside (weather permitting) from 10-10:45am and then everyone can head inside following the class for 50% off an entree! If it rains, we will just do it inside - no biggie! 

Barre 11 is a locally owned fitness studio! They offer barre, rebounding, Pilates suspension, functional fitness, yoga, and more. At Barre 11, fitness becomes intentional movement and mindfulness becomes a way of life. The workouts make you strong but the community makes you stronger. They strive to encourage and empower each and every person that shows up!
