Mr. Phillip R. Ash Ph.D.
— He has over a decade of consulting experience with some of the world's largest international consulting firms, such as Ernst & Young, Towers Watson and Accenture, where he was the Greater China Change Management Practice Leader.
His clients include the Coca-Cola Company, Frito-Lay, Burger King, LG, Bank Indonesia, HP, Telex Computer Products and IBM.
He also worked for many years as an independent consultant and entrepreneur, helping to create one of the first online MBA programs at the American Graduate School of Business, which became American Sentinel University, where he served as the Business School dean.
He worked with the Asian Development Bank, founding their online learning program, developing a competency-based approach to their human resource program, establishing their Executive Coaching program and directing their leadership development program.
Mr. Ruy Y. Moreno, MBM, Hon. PhD
— His consulting career started at SGV and he was eventually assigned to open the consulting practice in Vietnam as its Managing Partner at Arthur Andersen in Vietnam, where he concurrently served as the first Honorary Consul General of the Philippines in Ho Chi Minh City.
He was also the Executive Director of International Chamber of Commerce Philippines and Director for Operations of Private Sector National Competitiveness Council.
He is currently president of the Philippine Quality Awards Foundation, chairman of the Philippine-Myanmar Business Council, and chairman of the Center for Global Best Practices.
