The Kirk Players Present The Wisdom of Eve

The Wisdom of Eve is a riveting portrayal of backstabbing and ruthless ambition, based on the short story by Mary Orr. Eve Harrington is an aspiring young actress who begins working for – and then understudying – the aging Broadway star Margo Crane. Their relationship soon turns into betrayal as the seemingly naïve and quiet Eve begins to manipulate and exploit anyone who would block her path to stardom. Whether it’s the show’s playwright, Margo’s friend or even her own husband, no one is safe from Eve’s lies.
