Calling all acoustic music players! Bring your acoustic guitar, 5 string banjo, mandolin, fiddle, uke, bass, or voices! And be ready to jam!
This will be a true jam, not an open mic, hosted by Jeff Justman of the Mundelein Arts Commission. The event will take place on August 17th from 1-3 PM at the outdoor gathering space next to the "Mundelein" mural (22 E. Park Street).
Attendees are invited to play their acoustic instruments together in a true, large jam band fashion. No electric instruments, horns, or drum sets, please. Food or beverages may be purchased at the restaurants adjacent to the jam’s gathering space.
No advance sign-up is needed, and the event is free to participate or spectate. Just show up with your acoustic instruments and/or voices! Event will be cancelled in the event of inclement weather.
