Terminating
By Tony Kushner

Directed by Jeremiah Combs

September 20-22, 24, 25, and 27 at 7:30 p.m.

In Terminating, the classic love sonnet is transformed into a darkly funny psychoanalytic breakup, where a therapist struggles to sever ties with a challenging patient. Layered with Shakespearean allusions and emotional chaos, the play satirizes both therapy and desire, as even the therapist insists she has problems of her own.

Terminating or Sonnet LXXV or “Lass Meine Schmerzen Nicht Verloren Sein” or Ambivalence is produced by special arrangement with Broadway Play Publishing Inc, NYC www.broadwayplaypublishing.com

Action
By Sam Shepard

Directed by Rylee Duncan

September 20, 22-23, 25, and 26 at 7:30 p.m.

September 21 at 2:30 p.m.

In a world both familiar and unsettling, four characters perform mundane household tasks while slipping into surreal behavior, blurring the line between the ordinary and the bizarre. With women grounded in routine and men overtaken by fear and confusion, the play explores identity, alienation, and the eerie undercurrents of domestic life.

“Action (Shepard)” is presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals on behalf of Samuel French, Inc. www.concordtheatricals.com

In Shakespeare and the Bible
By Thornton Wilder

Directed by Brandon Young

September 21, 23 & 24, 26 and 27 at 7:30 p.m.

September 21 at 2:30 p.m.

Set in a lavish 1898 New York parlor, In Shakespeare and the Bible unravels as Mrs. Mowbrey, a wealthy woman with a hidden past, invites her estranged niece and the niece’s fiancé under false pretenses. As secrets surface and motivations collide, the play explores whether Mrs. Mowbrey seeks redemption through family—or revenge through manipulation.
