About the workshop:

The first stage of approaching someone is going past your hesitation. This workshop aims to do that by bringing out your spontaneity. We will play some of the finest improv exercises geared to lighten your mind in social settings, forget the need to be ‘right’ or ‘liked’ while conversing and learn to be present in the moment.

We will also apply proven researched tools for conversation starters such as:
