Filter Coffee Workshop

Filter coffee is a daily ritual across South Indian homes—steady, comforting, and built on habit rather than machines. This workshop is a hands-on introduction to that tradition, focused on getting the basics right and repeating them with confidence.

We’ll brew a proper decoction using a traditional metal filter, understand grind and dose, then move into milk mixing, sweetness, and the classic tumbler-and-dabara pour that gives filter coffee its smooth texture. Along the way, we’ll fix the small mistakes that lead to bitter, flat, or watery cups.

You’ll brew, taste, adjust, and leave with a clear routine you can follow every morning.
