A guided expressive arts experience where movement, creativity, and body awareness come together. This workshop invites participants to tune in to their inner world and explore what the body might be communicating through visual expression and intuitive mark-making.
Niharika is a Certified Expressive Arts Therapeutic (EXA) Facilitator & founder of ArtWorks.Consulting
She guides individuals in self-awareness through an inter-modal approach that blends art, somatics, play & drama, helping them reconnect with their bodies and explore emotions.
Trained in Humanistic Psychology, Mindfulness, and Art-Based Therapy, her work promotes personal growth, emotional well-being, and creative expression.
