Over the years, he has carved a niche as an educator and trainer — simplifying technology and making it accessible to ordinary users. He writes regularly on technology, apps, and productivity tools, and has often spoken on how digital tools can help senior citizens and non-tech users adapt comfortably in a rapidly evolving digital world.
