Summer Sound Bath Meditation with Amy Under the Oak

Join us for a summer sound bath meditation led by Amy Under the Oak. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow to relax. If lying on the floor is inaccessible to you, camp chairs are encouraged.

Sound baths offer a variety of benefits for mental and physical well-being, including stress and anxiety reduction, improved sleep, enhanced focus, and emotional release. The soothing sounds help to calm the nervous system, induce relaxation, and promote a sense of peace and well-being.

This event is free, open to the public, and does not require registration.
