Cuppa and Connection with Singing Ring for QMHW

Qld Mental Health Week is coming up in October so Toshiko @meditative_soundtherapy has prompted us through @singingringglobal to hold a free event for connection and mindfulness at Mudgeeraba on the Gold Coast.

It’s going to be at noon on Wednesday the 8th and all are welcome to come and relax, listen in and be listened to.
