Figure Drawing

Join Athesia Benjamin on August 21st from 5:00pm - 7:00pm for Figure Drawing at GVCA! It is recommended to have some experience in drawing but not required. Pre-registration is required, all materials will be provided. Email: Info @gvartscouncil.org with questions.

Class Description: Explore the human form through the timeless practice of figure drawing. This course is designed to build fundamental drawing skills with a focus on proportion, anatomy, gesture, and expression. Working from both live models and reference materials, students will learn techniques for capturing dynamic poses, rendering realistic figures, and developing personal style.
