Memorial Lecture by Pieter Omtzigt on the occasion of the 8th Anniversary of the Assassination of Daphne Caruana Galizia

Pieter Omtzigt served as a member of the Parliament of the Netherlands and was the rapporteur of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe on the rule of law in Malta. A prominent voice in Europe for good governance, transparency, and accountability. His work was instrumental in raising international interest in the investigation into the murder of Daphne Caruana Galizia.
