The University of Malta prides itself on a vibrant, diverse, and international student community.
In fact, one in four students, or 25% of the student body, comes from abroad, representing over 136 different nationalities.
This rich mix of cultures, perspectives, and experiences creates a truly global learning environment, fostering cross-cultural connections and preparing students to thrive in an increasingly interconnected world.
To celebrate this global community, we are launching a commemorative pole adorned with flags representing the nationalities at the University of Malta.
This landmark stands as a visual testament to the connections and shared experiences that make UM truly international.
Your presence will help honour the vibrant international community, showcase the connections we share, and be part of a landmark moment that reflects the spirit of inclusion and global engagement at UM.
