We’re excited to launch a brand-new trail tradition with the very first Rhino Run at the beautiful Tala Collection Game Reserve. Known for its incredible scenery and diverse wildlife, Tala offers the perfect setting for a unique and unforgettable trail experience.
You’ll wind your way through bushveld, sugar cane fields, and farmlands, with the chance to spot some of Tala’s iconic residents — from towering giraffes and majestic kudus to swift wildebeests and regal elands. The route also takes you past tranquil dams and across rolling grasslands, immersing you in nature every step of the way.
This inaugural Rhino Run features three distances: 7km for those starting out, 13km for a rewarding mid-distance challenge, and 25km for trail seekers ready to go further. These routes fall between the traditional distances offered at the Tala Trail Run, making this the perfect opportunity to push your limits and step up to the next level.
Whether you’re coming for the wildlife, the views, or the challenge, the first Rhino Run promises to be a special day out on the trails. Let’s make some wild memories together!
