Bedtime battles can be a nightmare. But with the strategies you’ll take away from this 2-hour small group session, you can set up a bedtime routine that works so well that tears, screaming and late nights will be things of the past.

Triple P’s Developing Good Bedtime Routines discussion
group can help you:
- Set up a good bedtime routine that kids calmly follow.
- Put your kids to sleep in their own bed (and have them stay there until morning)!
- Encourage infants and younger children to go to sleep more easily.
