May Community Class at Hot Yoga Escape

Join us for a donation based community class. All donations benefit the American Heart Association.

This is a 60 minute HOT Class.
HOT 60 -This class is based on the original hot yoga class comprising of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. The room is heated to 105 degrees and 40%-50% humidity. No yoga experience is required. Come hydrated, refrain from eating a couple of hours prior to class. Please bring a mat, towel, and water.
