This month, we’re excited to welcome guest speaker Cheryl Carpenter for an engaging session titled “A Taste of Brain Gym.” Cheryl will guide us through gentle, purposeful movements designed to support brain-body connection, focus, and emotional balance—tools that are especially helpful for individuals with learning or developmental challenges, and for those who care for them.
