A Medicine Wheel Despacho ceremony to root your intentions after Lion’s Gate—bring your heart, your vision, and your offering to the Mountain.
Come join us for a ceremonial gateway into deeper connection. Held in a serene canyon just below Mount Shasta—on the banks of the Sacramento River at a place I call The Place of the Ancestors—this is more than a ritual. It’s a sacred threshold for anchoring your Lion’s Gate intentions, aligning your heart with what your spirit came here to receive, and offering your next steps to the Mountain in a good way.
Through the sacred fusion of the Andean Despacho and the North American Medicine Wheel that unite the spirit of the Eagle and the Condor, we gather in ceremony to honor the 4 directions, release what no longer serves, and call in transformation and healing.
In four rounds of prayer, we’ll weave offerings into a living altar—blessings that will be created in to a gift bundle and buried on the mountain, anchoring your intentions in the land and spirit of Shasta.

Guided by Michael Chudzik, a Shasta-Trinity National Forest permitted wilderness guide, rite-of-passage leader, and ceremonial practitioner entrusted by both Andean priests and Native American elders to to carry this ritual and teachings. Michael has led hundreds to this sacred land—not just on trails, but into transformative dialogue with the spirit of the mountain.
