Join us for a grounding Vinyasa flow set amidst the tranquil beauty of blooming lavender fields. The Calm Before the Fireworks is a breath-centered, all-levels yoga practice designed to help you find stillness, strength, and presence before the holiday festivities begin.

Surrounded by the soft hum of nature and the scent of fresh lavender, you'll move through a fluid sequence that balances gentle effort with deep relaxation.

All levels welcome, including newbies! We have mats, bolsters, blocks and blankets. Come enjoy the peace ✌🏼 of the lavender farm 💜🧘🏽‍♂️
