Tooth Fairy
Personality: Tired. Underappreciated. Sassy. Always "on call" and over it.
Description: Has to work every day and night while the others get holidays. Feels overlooked and underpaid.
Ross T. Snowman
Personality: Suave, mysterious, omnipresent host/narrator
Description: The resort’s emcee and host of the party

Lead Detective at the North Pole Magical Crimes Unit - Seasonal Crimes Division
Personality: Warm, Witty, Sarcastic
Description: At the resort because he used to be one of Santa’s elves but was seeking more adventure and didn’t like cold weather.

Patch Tinkerton – Grumbly old elf who carries a wooden toy and rants about "the way we used to make things."
Noel Mittens – Nordic reindeer wrangler. Not here for small talk. Or fun.
Burt Baubles – Tight-laced elf trying to keep the holiday crew in line. Good luck with that.
Carol Jingle – Sings Christmas carols. Constantly. Loudly. Without being asked.
The Carolers – Carol’s backup singers. Always lurking. Always harmonizing.
Tinsel Toots – Elf fashionista pushing for bedazzled uniforms. Lives for a makeover moment.
Fizzle Evergreen – Handy with a hammer, weirdly obsessed with duct tape and glitter.
Peppermint Patti – Award-winning chocolatier with a peppermint twist.
Holly Berry – Christmas movie star who showed up at the wrong resort. She’s not thrilled.
Benjamin Cruz – Holly’s frazzled agent who booked the wrong flight and can’t fix it.
Joseph Bangler – Nepo baby from Bangler Candies. His family's treats have been voted “Worst Holiday Candy” 30 years running. And he’s proud of it.
