Join me for a 45 minute class that combines mindful movement with fun, games, and opportunities to feel more connected to your child. During our time together, you'll experience things like breathing exercises, games, yoga poses, and stories to spark their imagination, empower them to be in control of their body, and encourage learning through listening, play, and exploration.
Even if your child has never practiced before, they’ll love learning about poses named after animals, using their creative mind to play within the practice, and taking a moment to calm down and let it all soak in during a much-deserved rest at the end of class. Parts of class might include partner poses with you and your kiddo, taking our toes off the mat and onto the grass, or interactive games that allow the children to take the lead.
My goal is to help you and your child experience a deeper connection to each other, as well as yourself and your surroundings, through this playful yoga class. You might even feel inspired to start trying some of this at home too!
***The recommended age for kiddos is 4-8 years but outside that age range is welcome too! Just keep in mind, this is NOT a class designed for babies or toddlers.***
