Stargazing Event at Donald County Park

Join the Friends of Donald Park and Madison Astronomical Society at Donald County Park, Saturday, August 16th at 8:00 PM. We will gather at Pop's Knoll picnic area for a close-up look at the fabulous night sky and learn about the wonders of the planets and stars. Telescopes will be provided. Bring your own if you have one, binoculars, chair or blanket, insect repellent and flashlight. Volunteers from the Madison Astronomical Society will be giving a brief presentation before the event begins.
