Foundations of Jujutsu Workshop

Are you ready to experience the true foundations of Jujutsu?

Join us for a special 3-hour immersive workshop where you’ll discover the essential techniques and internal training methods that made the samurai so formidable — on and off the battlefield.

In this hands-on session, you’ll learn:

✅ Devastating striking and atemi-waza​
✅ Powerful joint locks and control techniques​
✅ Precise throws and takedowns​
✅ Ground-based grappling and submission skills

But we’re going deeper than just technique...

You’ll also be introduced to internal power training — the often-hidden methods that strengthen your structure, connect your movements, and generate power from the inside out. This segment alone can radically change how you move, strike, and apply your jujutsu.

Whether you're a beginner wanting to explore traditional martial arts or an experienced practitioner looking to refine your foundation — this workshop will challenge, inspire, and elevate your game.
