Come and immerse yourself in a soothing and relaxing sound bath with Paula B Energy. Let the vibrations of the sound bowls wash away your stress and tension, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
During this in-person event, Paula will guide you through a meditative journey while playing the bowls, creating a harmonious atmosphere that promotes healing and inner peace. A love donation of $20 is suggested, to assist with the cost of the venue.
Yoga mats are provided. For max comfort, bring your own mat, pillow, and blanket. Chairs are available for those unable to lie on the floor.
