108 Summer Solstice Sun Salutations

On Friday, June 20th the 6PM Mixed Levels Flow Class will be replaced by our quarterly 108 Sun Salutations in recognition of the Summer Solstice.

This class is offered as a normal class on the schedule, no special sign-ups.

In recognition of the Summer Solstice we will be practicing 108 Sun Salutations. The practice is designed in 4 rounds of 27 Sun Salutations with short rests in between. You're welcome to join and simply do as many as you want. There's no expectations; just come and be part of the energy.
