Each month, Jessi of Already Free Mental Health Coaching hosts a New Moon circle (and virtual Full Moon circle!) for women to gather in sacred community. From June to December, we’re journeying through the seven chakras, one month at a time.
✨ This month, we open the portal of the Sacral Chakra. ✨
Join us as we create a warm, inviting space to honor the wisdom of our wombs, waters, and wildness... reconnecting to our right to feel, to desire, and to create.
The Sacral Chakra governs our ability to experience pleasure, intimacy, creative expression, and emotional fluidity. When this center is balanced, we feel juicy, alive, open to life, and deeply connected - both to ourselves and others.
In this one-hour circle, we’ll explore practices that nourish your inner feminine waters through:
🍊 Gentle breathwork to invite flow and release
🍊 Guided meditation to awaken emotional aliveness and creativity
🍊 Somatic reflection to attune to the body’s natural rhythm
🍊 Sacred sisterhood sharing to witness and be witnessed in truth
We’ll remember the truth that lives deep within:
“I am allowed to feel. I am allowed to want. I am allowed to flow.”
