Children's Book Swap

School's Out!!! It is time for summer reading, so we are hosting a Children's Book Swap on Sunday June 22nd from 1pm to 3pm! Bring your used, out-aged, no longer needed--but still in good shape--books to the Mt. Airy store to swap with others in your community! All ages of books are welcome! Our hope is just to offer a space to help everyone share resources and promote some wonderful gift economy vibes! Happy Summer Reading!

Each family can bring up to two boxes/bags of books. If you're not planning to stay for the swap, books may be dropped off beginning at 11 am on Sunday, June 22. We're hoping that all participating books will find new homes, but anything that's left behind at the end of the event will become property of The Last Word. We will attempt to donate as many of the leftovers as we can.
