Over the course of six weeks, I’ll introduce a range of techniques designed to support you in navigating everyday stress and feelings of overwhelm. These practical tools aim to enhance your mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing, offering space to slow down and reconnect with yourself in a world that often moves fast and demands a lot.
Life’s pressures can leave us feeling anxious, low, or disconnected from ourselves and our sense of confidence. A calm, non-judgmental, and supportive environment will be offered throughout this course, ideal for those who may not feel at ease in large group settings or drop-in classes. With a small group format, it’s perfect for complete beginners as well as those with some experience.
My approach is deeply grounded in modern science, which increasingly supports the effectiveness of yogic practices in stress management. With guidance, you’ll learn how to:
- Regulate and support your nervous system.
- Re-establish balance between mind and body.
- Find calm during moments of overwhelm.
- Build sustainable habits for self-care and stress relief.
