This experiential workshop invites you to step into a space of play, creativity, and self-discovery while building a personalized therapeutic toolbox. Through mask-making, puppet creation, storytelling, and expressive drawing, you will uncover new ways to understand yourself, your personal process, and learn the art of holding space for others. This workshop invites you to slow down and explore the rich language and healing power of symbols, images, and play. Together, we will breathe life into materials, give voice to silent parts of the self, meet your own stories and emotions, and discover how creative processes can transform the therapeutic encounter.
Together, we will:
• ❤️ Engage with creative modalities to explore personal themes and emotions
• 🎭 Discover how symbolic tools (masks, puppets, images) can support our and the clients’ self-expression
• 🧘 Reflect on how creativity deepens the therapeutic relationship
• 🎨 A personalized set of creative therapeutic tools
• 🙏 Fresh insights into your own process and patterns
• 🌈 Renewed inspiration and confidence to weave creativity into your professional work
