We would like to invite you to gather in sacred circle for a Winter Solstice Cacao Ceremony; to honour the return of the light.

The Solstice marks the longest night of the year, a sacred pause. When we rest in the stillness, release the old and awaken the golden spark within the womb and heart.

It is a time to return to our inner light and welcome the rebirth of the Sun.

☕ The Sacred Cacao will open our hearts in softness and love as we journey together through:
? Heart & womb meditation
? Singing and dance
? Cachimbo (sacred pipe) prayers — bring your own if you have one
? Candle carving blessing — calling in the light for the new cycle

From the dark, the light is born again.

✨ Cacao works best on an empty stomach. Eat your last meal ideally by 15:30.
