Understanding and supporting your child's mental health is JUST AS IMPORTANT as knowing how to respond to physical emergencies ?

We're excited to introduce SUPPORTING YOUR CHILD'S MENTAL HEALTH - a course for parents delivered in collaboration with Richmond Foundation, to help you understand and safeguard your child's mental wellbeing.

While many parenting courses focus primarily on physical milestones and safety, your child's emotional and mental development are equally vital components of their overall wellbeing.

This course supports parents by:

➡️Complementing your knowledge of physical development with insights into emotional and psychological growth

➡️Helping you understand how physical, emotional and mental development intertwine at each stage of childhood

➡️Equipping you with tools to support both your child's mental resilience and emotional intelligence

➡️Teaching you to recognise signs of mental health concerns, and be aware of support services available in Malta

This course is delivered IN PERSON at the MyMama Hub in Naxxar. It's recommended for expectant parents and parents and caregivers of children aged 0-18, and has been designed by the expert team at Richmond Foundation to be ACCESSIBLE AND PRACTICAL for all parents, requiring no previous mental health training or knowledge.
