Bernadette is a Transpersonal Hypnotherapist and Energy Healing Practitioner, trained in Inner Child and Past Life Regression, Reiki, Shamanic Healing, and Spiritual Meditation. She weaves together tools such as Chakra work, Apometry, Oracle guidance, music, and movement to offer grounded, heart-centered healing experiences.
