What happens when you sit with an image—quietly, openly—and let your body respond before your mind jumps in?

In this small-group workshop, you'll be gently guided through:

✨ A grounding practice to arrive in your body
🎨 An encounter with a selected visual image
🖋️ Reflective prompts, journaling, or creative mark-making
💭 A moment to notice what came up — and what it means to you

You don’t need art or meditation experience.
Just a willingness to pause, notice, and reflect.
