The wine selection for this evening features exceptional vintages that are highly sought after by connoisseurs, including:
🍷Pouilly Fumé Baron de L, Baron de la Doucette 2022 – considered by many to be the finest Sauvignon Blanc in the world.
🍷Chablis Grand Regnard 2022– a rare blend crafted from Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards.
🍷Alex Corton, Maison Regnard 2022 – from one of Burgundy’s oldest producers, reflecting the region’s heritage and elegance.
🍷Vouvray Moelleux Marc Bredif Nectar 2015 – a sweet treat, perfectly finishing this exquisite journey.
In keeping with the wines, the menu has also been raised to match, with ingredients such as oysters and lobster making a special appearance.
