Ready for another paddle? This time we’re heading from Mistra to Salina, hugging the coast and soaking up the serenity of Malta’s northern shore. Expect beautiful views, a gentle rhythm, and maybe even a few winged guests—so binoculars welcome!
We’ll make our way toward the Salina salt pans in hopes of spotting waterfowl. 🐦 It’s crucial we keep this portion of the paddle extra quiet and respectful. That means:
No loud music or phone calls
No sudden movements or noises
Absolutely no approaching wildlife too closely—give way to critters always
This isn’t just about kayaking—it’s about coexisting with the nature we love.
🛑 We'll pause as needed and take breaks on the return leg—skirting along the coast past Vecchia, popping near Fekruna, and paddling back to Mistra.
