Well, creation isn't just a mind game, we need to tune into our bodies. Really learn to FEEL and reconnect with every cell. Becoming the person who has it already. You might have heard this before but the burning question is, How? Well, I am here to give you the tools.
Even if you have never practiced Somatic Alignment before and have the burning desire to break free, to be the person you want to be and magnetically attract what you want in life, if you want to live a fulfilled and meaningful life, then this series of 3 workshops is for you.
This creation of 3 workshops, whereby one will build upon the other, which came from my heart and manifested through my womb space, will focus on reconnecting and bringing an aliveness in your body you probably haven't experienced in years. We will start each workshop with what you would like to manifest, then we will be using a series of energy tools including Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and various breathwork and body movement practices. We will then all surrender into the practice of somatic alignment through breathwork, music, movement and touch. We will conclude with a special meditation designed to anchor you in your vision.
In workshop 1 we will focus on unleashing your creative center by working on the pelvic floor area. In workshop 2 we will reignite your inner fire through the abdomen. In our final worskhop we will open your heart and strengthen the connection with your higher self and spirit. Join 1 workshop or all 3 workshops for a deep potent experience.
