About the event

Mindfulness & Self-Compassion Courses

Start your journey into greater emotional awareness and resilience with an accredited trauma-sensitive mindfulness course or embark on a deeper dive with a self-compassion course. Both courses are held at 6:30pm in a central venue with easy parking and surrounded by lush gardens.

An opportunity to take care of your mental health, reduce overthinking, anxiety, and find more happiness and inner peace.

Courses are run by Petra Spiteri, a Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness Practitioner and trainer, with a Master's Degree in Gestalt Psychotherapy
