Candlelit Restorative Yoga & Sound

Candlelit Restorative Yoga offers a serene and nurturing environment where participants can unwind and reconnect with their bodies.

The soft glow of flickering candles creates a tranquil atmosphere, inviting relaxation and mindfulness.

This practice focuses on gentle stretches and restorative poses which are supported with bolsters, blocks & blankets, allowing the body to release tension and restore balance.

Accompanying the yoga session is a sound journey by Kevin of Nikara which incorporates soothing sounds and vibrations from the gong.

These soundscapes deepen the meditative experience, promoting a sense of peace and inner calm, enhancing both the physical and mental benefits of the practice.
