Join us on Saturday 17th May at Green Living in Mosta for a potent evening of Cacao Ceremony & Somatic Release.

This is a space where we honour our anger, our grief, our fire—not as something to suppress, but as sacred energy. Through guided meditation, somatic release and free form dance, we’ll connect deeply with our bodies and emotions, allowing what needs to rise to move through us and transform.

You will be guided to:
🌿 Drop into presence with a heart-opening cacao ritual
🔥 Activate your inner fire through somatic release techniques
🎶 Move through emotion with live rhythms and tribal beats
💃 Dance your truth, unfiltered and free
