We are excited to offer the Healthy Heart Ambassador Program, a self-monitored blood pressure and nutrition education program designed to support adults with hypertension.

Program Dates:

March 10th, March 17th, April 7th, April 14th, May 12th, May 19th, June 16th, and June 23rd
All sessions start at 1:30 PM
